Apricot Glazed Chicken

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • 2 combine the jam, soy sauce, and water. blend well. pour over chicken.
  • 3 bake at 400* for approximately 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
