Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream (or regular)
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk (or regular)
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine the sour cream, buttermilk, garlic, onion, lime juice, and cayenne.
- 2 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 may be prepared 1 day ahead and refrigerated.
