Cocoa & Cinnamon Macaroons

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
- 3 whip egg whites to soft peaks.
- 4 add sugar and beat to stiff peaks.
- 5 combine almonds, cocoa, cinnamon, fold into egg whites.
- 6 drop by the spoonful on to cookie sheets about 2" apart.
- 7 bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 8 transfer to wire racks to cool.
