- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 green onion, minced
- minced parsley
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated nuts (walnut or pecan)
Recipe
- 1 cut the tomatoes in small pieces and mix with the celery and green onion and parsley.
