Deep Dish Cookie... With Beans!

Ingredients

- 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drain and rinse
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 combine everything besides chocolate chips ina large food processor until smooth, scape sides as needed. stir in chocolate chips and bake in a greased 10 inch springform pan at 350 for 35-40 mixtures. cool 15 minutes at least before serving.
- 2 mini chips work, can sub beans for garbanzos. i use coconut sugar with good results. can make sugar free with using 2 cups of soft, pitted dates.
