Delicious Summer Treat - Carrot And Walnut Raita

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt, beaten till smooth
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, washed and chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pour yogurt in a medium size bowl.
  • 2 add carrots.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 refrigerate until its time to serve.
  • 5 add salt, pepper and walnuts just before serving.
  • 6 garnish with coriander leaves and walnuts.
