Curried Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 green capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 red skinned apple (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons sultanas
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 salad:.
  • 2 1 cook rice via your favourite method.
  • 3 2 mix all ingredients together and chill.
  • 4 dressing:.
  • 5 1 mix ingredients together in a jar and shake well. pour over salad ingredients.
