Curried Rice Salad

Ingredients

- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 green capsicum (chopped)
- 1 red skinned apple (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons sultanas
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 salad:.
- 2 1 cook rice via your favourite method.
- 3 2 mix all ingredients together and chill.
- 4 dressing:.
- 5 1 mix ingredients together in a jar and shake well. pour over salad ingredients.
