Corn And Peas

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water, as required

Recipe

  • 1 put the first five ingredients in a pan.
  • 2 add water to barely cover these veggies.
  • 3 bring to a boil.
  • 4 cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  • 5 serve warm with rotis(indian flatbreads).
  • 6 enjoy!
