Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 4 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 4 tablespoons butter
- salt
- pepper
- water, as required
Recipe
- 1 put the first five ingredients in a pan.
- 2 add water to barely cover these veggies.
- 3 bring to a boil.
- 4 cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
- 5 serve warm with rotis(indian flatbreads).
- 6 enjoy!
