Corn And Black Bean Salsa With A Kick

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans (rinsed & drained)
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup salsa (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/3 cup celery
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro (dried or freshly chopped)
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 rinse and drain beans and corn.
  • 2 add can of tomatoes and the salsa.
  • 3 chop the onion and celery.
  • 4 add seasonings and mix well.
  • 5 chill in the refrigerator.
  • 6 serve with chips of your choice. (i recommend chips with a hint of lime).
