Corn And Black Bean Salsa With A Kick

Ingredients

- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans (rinsed & drained)
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) canned whole kernel corn
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup salsa (your choice)
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/3 cup celery
- 2 teaspoons cilantro (dried or freshly chopped)
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 rinse and drain beans and corn.
- 2 add can of tomatoes and the salsa.
- 3 chop the onion and celery.
- 4 add seasonings and mix well.
- 5 chill in the refrigerator.
- 6 serve with chips of your choice. (i recommend chips with a hint of lime).
