- 2 potatoes, cooked and cut into chunks

- 2 green onions, chopped
- yogurt
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil and curry powder in a frypan over high heat.
- 2 add the potatoes and toss until well-coated.
- 3 cook 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with green onions and serve with yogurt.
