Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken liver
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 place chicken livers and liquid in blender, liquify.
- 2 add egg, mix a minute more.
- 3 pour into bowl.
- 4 add flour and corn meal.
- 5 mix.
- 6 spray jelly roll pan with pam.
- 7 pour mixture into pan.
- 8 bake 15 minutes in 400 degree hot oven.
- 9 cut into small squares while still warm. keep in freezer to prevent spoilage.
