Chewy Almond Cookies...wow!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond paste, not marzipan
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites, at room temperature
Recipe
- 1 blend almond paste and sugar in the food processor until it is completely combined.
- 2 add egg and blend until smooth.
- 3 transfer mixture to a pastry bag and make small dallops on a greased cookie sheet (parchment paper is even better).
- 4 with a wet finger, smooth out the tops of the cookies.
- 5 bake at 300 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they start to get a golden color.
