Baked Bbq Jack Chicken

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs or 1/2 cup shake-n-bake
• 2 teaspoons barbecue sauce
• 2 slices monterey jack pepper cheese

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
• 2 moisten chicken breasts, then coat with crumbs and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
• 3 top each breast with 1 tsp of bbq sauce and a slice of cheese and return to the oven until cheese has melted.
