- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 (12 ounce) bag wide egg noodles, prepared
- soy sauce (to preference)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
Recipe
- 1 chop up the 1/2 head of cabbage
- 2 pour 2 tablespoons evoo into deep frying pan and turn to medium heat.
- 3 add cabbage and lightly brown
- 4 stir in cooked egg noodles and add soy sauce.
