Cabbage And Bacon

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 -7 slices bacon
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 head cabbage, quartered,cored & cut into slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook bacon over medium-high heat in a wok until bacon is thoroughly crisped.
  • 2 remove and drain on paper towels.
  • 3 crumble when cool.
  • 4 set aside.
  • 5 stir bell pepper and onion into bacon grease in wok and cook until softened.
  • 6 stir in cabbage, mix all together and then increase heat to high.
  • 7 stir-fry until crisp tender.
  • 8 season with black pepper.
  • 9 remove from wok and sprinkle with bacon.
