Corn Salad

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 stir all ingredients together.
  • 2 let stand in refrigerator for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
