- 3 -4 medium strawberries
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut
Recipe
- 1 place strawberries and ice in the container of an electric blender.
- 2 add remaining ingredients andblend on low speed 10- 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
- 3 garnish with a fresh berry.
