Cantaloupe And Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups cantaloupe, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut up
- 1 cup seedless grapes, cut in 1/2
- 1 medium cucumber, chunked
Recipe
- 1 mix yogurt and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
- 2 stir in lemon juice, chives and salt.
- 3 fold in remaining ingredients.
- 4 serve immediately or chill to serve later.
- 5 do not chill longer than 24 hours or it will get watery and separate!
