Cranberry Jezebel Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries or 12 ounces frozen cranberries
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- mint sprig
Recipe
- 1 combine water and sugars in a medium saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil 0ver medium heat.
- 3 add cranberries and return to a boil.
- 4 cook for 10 minutes, stirring ocasionally.
- 5 cool to room temperature.
- 6 stir horseradish and mustard into cranberry mixture, cover and chill.
- 7 garnish with mint sprigs.
- 8 serve over light cream cheese with crackers.
