Chicken Sandwiches For Two (for Leftover Chicken Breasts- Delish

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 teaspoons ground garlic
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce (i use kraft original)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 whole grain buns (i use healthy wheat)
Recipe
- 1 rub garlic into chicken breasts, if uncooked, cook stovetop until juices run clear. if already cooked, add light garlic and proceed to step 2.
- 2 move hot chicken breasts to a plate, lay a slice of provolone over each piece.
- 3 pop buns in toaster on a setting of your liking
- 4 while buns toast, wilt spinach over low heat in same pan.
- 5 when the buns are done, spread barbeque sauce and mustard on both.
- 6 layer chicken, then spinach.
- 7 top off and enjoy!
