• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk (2%)
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa

Recipe

• 1 in small sauce pan, mix the sugar and coco. turn on medium heat and add the milk. stir constantly. bring to boil. boil 1 minute. let cool for a few minutes. serve warm syrup on ice cream.
