Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) container low fat cottage cheese, drained
  • 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and cucumbers. season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 chill until serving.
