Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup cashews
- 8 tablespoons bleu cheese salad dressing
Recipe
- 1 properly wash the head of cauliflower.
- 2 cut the cauliflower into bite-size pieces (should look like tiny cauliflower trees).
- 3 place cauliflower, thawed peas and cashews into a large mixing bowl.
- 4 pour bleu cheese dressing.
- 5 stir all ingredients together and serve cold.
