- 1 (2 1/4 lb) heads of celery
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 trim celery, reserving leaves. cut ribs crosswise into 2-inch pieces, then cut each piece lengthwise into 1/8-inch-thick strips.
- 2 toss with celery leaves and remaining ingredients until combined well. serve chilled or at room temperature.
