Deliciously Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

- 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 blood orange
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken breast into small bite size or nugget size pieces.
- 2 arrange on plate and sprinkle with olive oil.
- 3 cut blood orange and squeeze juice over chicken.
- 4 sprinkle creole seasoning over chicken, turn chicken to mix juices and seasonings, let marinate for 30 minutes.
- 5 pour wheat germ onto separate plate and transfer one piece of chicken at a time to evenly coat both sides.
- 6 place prepared chicken on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
- 7 serve with favorite dipping sauce and fresh vegetables.
