Cabbage Rolls - Not!

Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- 2 lbs extra lean ground beef (precook and drain higher fat content beef)
- 28 ounces tomato sauce
Recipe
- 1 crumble uncooked lean ground beef in crock pot.
- 2 mix in onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 3 remove core from cabbage and cut into wedges.
- 4 arrange cabbage over meat mixture.
- 5 pour tomato sauce over cabbage.
- 6 cook on low for 8-10 hours
- 7 note: may be converted to 2-3 hour stovetop method in dutch oven but recommend precooking ground beef with onion and garlic.
