- 15 ounces cream-style corn
- 4 ounces green chili peppers
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine all ingredients.
- 3 pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- 4 bake for 30 minutes.
- 5 note a 1 1/2 quart dish equals an 8x8 or 7x11.
