- 1 cabbage, shredded finely (small)
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 put the butter, curry powder, sugar and salt in a saucepan, let it melt and sizzle a llittle then add the cabbage. stir well, put the lid on and steam on a low low heat til cooked. you may have to add a tiny drop of water depending on the cabbage.
