Carly's Sweet Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

• 4 cups bread flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup soft butter
• 1 1/4 cups warm milk

Recipe

• 1 put ingredients in bread machine, in order best suited for your machine. set machine to dough cycle.
• 2 after first rise is done put dough on floured surface and punch down with fist. divide the dough into 12 equal balls and place into a greased 9x13 pan. let rise in warm place for 1 hour or until double in size.
• 3 brush with an egg wash if you want nice brown tops (1 egg beaten with 2 tb water). cook in a preheated 350 oven for 18-22 minutes.
